Lead Time 

For our presale we are estimating a lead time of 6 weeks. Be advised the lead time will start the next business day following receipt of payment. We will be processing all projects in the order that they are received.

Customer will be notified when product is shipped by email. Custom graphics will not affect the lead time. Lead time estimation is for actual production of materials and will not include time in transit to the customer.

Refund policy

 There will be no refunds offered on our custom door sill projects. Presale revenue will be to cover startup and tooling/mold costs from manufacture which is very expensive and will be non refundable to us or to our customers.

Warranty

 We will warrant illumination kits for the period of 1 year. We will also be selling color replacements in the future.
